JSPS Briefing Session Funding Opportunities for Future Research in Collaboration with Japan

JSPS funding opportunities will be organized on October 7th at ULB solboth for researchers interested in conducting research in Japan and developing research collaborations with Japanese universities and public research institutions.

The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) is Japan’s largest research funding agency, offering a wide range of funding opportunities across all fields. Whether you are considering a research stay in Japan, a fellowship, or a collaborative research project with Japanese researchers, this session will provide an opportunity to learn more about the available funding schemes and how to apply.

Representatives from the JSPS Strasbourg Office, as well as former JSPS fellows and researchers who have received JSPS project funding, will be available to share their experiences and answer your questions about funding opportunities, the application process, and life as a researcher in Japan.

The entire session will be conducted in English.
